If you are requesting a ride for a first time Modus rider, the provider must first enroll the client in the Modus system. To do this, simply go to the Help Topic "Modus Client Enrollment" and submit a ticket with the necessary client information. You will be required to upload the necessary documents which apply to your client. All rider documents can be found here.
