In order to streamline ride requests and better serve you, we utilize a ticketing system. Every service and/or support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

In observance of Labor Day, our office will be closed on Monday, September 1st. Modus rides will not be available during this time and any ride requests that are submitted during this time will not be processed. If you need to request a ride for Tuesday, September 2nd, please submit your ride request by no later than 12:00 pm on Friday, August 29th. Our office and services will resume on Tuesday at 9:00am. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Dear Partner Agencies,
I am writing to share the exciting news that Modus will be the transportation provider for the Genesys Works Tulsa internship program for the 25-26 and 26-27 school years. Many of you are aware of Modus' goals in expand our capacity to serve more of your clients, and this is a fruitful step in that direction.

After careful review of our completed rides this summer and to secure the capacity needed to serve these students, Modus rides will be reserved for Genesys Works Tulsa between 11:30 am and 1:30 pm.

Beginning Monday, August 25th: The first morning ride can be scheduled at 9:00 am and the last morning ride can be scheduled at 11:30 am. The first afternoon ride can be scheduled at 1:30 pm and the last ride of the day can be scheduled at 7:30 pm.

Please take the time to share this message directly with your staff responsible for requesting rides.
