In order to streamline ride requests and better serve you, we utilize a ticketing system. Every service and/or support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

PRESIDENT'S DAY - In observance of President's Day, our office will be closed on Monday, February 17th. Modus rides will not be available during these times and any ride requests that are submitted will not be processed. Our office and services will resume on Tuesday, February 18th at 9:00AM. If you need to request a ride for Tuesday, February 18th, you will need to submit your ride request by no later than 5:00PM on Friday, February 14th. We apologize for any inconvenience.
