In order to streamline ride requests and better serve you, we utilize a ticketing system. Every service and/or support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

JUNETEENTH HOLIDAY - In observance of Juneteenth, our office will be closed on Thursday, June 19th. Modus rides will not be available during these times and any ride requests that are submitted will not be processed. If you need to request a ride for Friday, June 20th, you will need to submit your ride request by no later than 12:00PM on Wednesday, June 18th. Our office and services will resume on Friday, June 20th at 9:00AM. We apologize for any inconvenience.
