Welcome to Modus' Provider Support Center


In order to streamline ride requests and better serve you, we utilize a ticketing system. Every service and/or support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY

Modus will be closed for the Christmas holiday Wednesday, December 24th through Friday, December 26th. The Modus office will be closed, and we will not be providing rides during this time. All requests needed for Monday, December 29th will need to be submitted by 12:00pm on Tuesday, December 23rd.


NEW YEARS HOLIDAY

Modus will be closed for the New Years holiday on Wednesday, December 31st and Thursday, January 1st. The Modus office will be closed, and we will not be providing rides during this time. All requests needed for Friday, January 2nd will need to be submitted by 12:00pm on Tuesday, December 30th.
