In order to streamline ride requests and better serve you, we utilize a ticketing system. Every service and/or support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

4TH OF JULY HOLIDAY - In observance of Independance Day, our office will be closed on Friday, July 4th. Modus rides will not be available during these times and any ride requests that are submitted will not be processed. If you need to request a ride for Monday, July 7th, you will need to submit your ride request by no later than 12:00PM on Thursday, July 3rd. Our office and services will resume on Monday, July 7th at 9:00AM. We apologize for any inconvenience.
