XVI. What if I don't know what time my client's appointment will end?

For appointments with an unknown end time (i.e. medical clinic appointments), the driver will provide the passenger with a client card with Modus' phone number on it. The passenger will call or text Modus when they have finished their appointment and a driver will pick up the passenger when they become available. Please keep in mind, wait times for an available driver for open-ended appointments may be longer than normal in order for our drivers to properly sanitize vehicles.
