Frequently Asked Question

• If your client is being picked up from an apartment complex, Modus will pick up your client at the front entrance or leasing office, by default.
• If being picked up from a school, Modus will pick up your client from the front entrance of the school, by default. 

Modus will pick up the client from one of the default locations listed above, unless otherwise instructed by the provider. Providers must include detailed instructions in the Ride Request if the pick-up location varies from the locations above. If your client does not see the Modus vehicle where you requested them to be picked up, you or the client can call or text Modus at (918)280-9563.
