XV. My agency is having an event. Can Modus help with transportation?

Yes! Now available for all Modus Member Agencies, we have created the Multi-Pick-Up Ride Request, which will mostly be utilized for group events. The Multi-Pickup Ride Request is for two or more passengers with differing pick-up locations, but who are traveling to the same destination at the same time. For example, if you have 5 clients traveling to the zoo for an event that starts at 11am, you will complete this ticket instead of completing individual ride requests for each passenger.

Things to know about this ticket:

  • For a Multi-Pickup Ride Request, all clients must be enrolled to ride with Modus AT
    LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR to the scheduled pick-up time.
  • The ticket must be submitted 48 hours (2 business days) before the ride is needed.
  • This ticket will require all clients to be submitted at the same time, but you will have the option to add all providers related to the ticket, who will all be notified by whenever the ticket is processed, when we have a question about a specific client, and any other responses noted.
  • If you are requesting rides for multiple clients with different pick-up addresses AND drop-off addresses, you will complete our regular ride request for each client separately.
